The institution agrees to commit to a minimum participation under either of the following options:

1. Option (a): 10 paper presenters AND (5 innovation competition / 20 poster presenters)

2. Option (b): 5 paper presenters AND (5 innovation competition / 10 poster presenters)

In addition, the institution will ensure the participation of 20 online attendees for the conference.

The institution will suggest a list of names to be included in the conference technical review team and promotion team.

The institution will promote the conference and advertise this conference on their faculty website.

The institution will provide a token of appreciation (memento / certificates / medal) / conference kits facilities / honorariums for the speakers.
