Submission Guidelines

Paper presenter, E-Poster submission, and Innovation Competition participants are invited to submit their abstracts through the registration link provided.

🔹 Abstract Submission

Authors opting to submit an abstract for full paper consideration are required to use the designated abstract template. Notification of abstract acceptance for full paper submission will be sent via e-mail.

🔹 E-Poster Submission

Authors opting to submit an E-Poster are required to use the designated abstract template. Notification of E-Poster abstract acceptance will be sent via e-mail.

🔹 Innovation Competition

Authors opting to participate in the Innovation Competition, either virtually or on-site, are required to submit an abstract using the designated template. Notification of accepted abstracts for participation in the Innovation Competition will be sent via e-mail. 

🔹 Full Paper Submission

Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, authors are required to submit the full paper. In the online form please choose either you want to present on-site or virtual via MS Teams.

🔹 E-Poster Submission

Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, authors are required to submit the E-Poster. E-Poster authors are not required to deliver a virtual presentation via MS Teams. For E-Poster submissions, please adhere to the detailed submission guidelines and use the e-poster template available at: <<Download Poster Template Here>>

🔹 Innovation Competition Submission:

Team Composition

• Open to students, professionals and innovators

• 3-4 members per team

• Each participants may join ONE team only

• Cross-discipline teams allowed

• Intellectual property remains with participants

• Event photos/videos may be used for promotion

• Plagiarism - immediate disqualification

Virtual participants
Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, virtual participants of the Innovation Competition are required to: 

• Prepare a 5–10 minute pre-recorded video presentation (the video duration must not exceed 10 minutes). 

• The video must clearly demonstrate the following components: 

  • Introduction

  • Problem Statement

  • Solution / Product / Prototype

  • Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Alignment

  • Social / Environmental / Educational Impact

  • Market Potential

  • Value Proposition & Business Viability

  • Closing

• Uploaded the pre-recorded video presentation to YouTube with Public access / Unlisted.

• Ensure that the submission is 100% original work.

• Participants may also use PowerPoint slides as a supporting visual aid; however, the use of PowerPoint is optional.  <<Download Innovation Competition Slide Presentation Here >>

• Participants are required to upload the presentation video to YouTube and share the YouTube link in the designated submission form via the link provided:  << Click Here >>

The front cover of video must include:

• 4th ICSE2026 Innovation Competition logo

• Title of the innovation

• Full names of all team members

• Institution / Organisation

• Country
