Paper presenters, E-Poster submission, and Innovation Competition participants are invited to submit their abstracts through the registration link provided.

🔹 Abstract Submission
Authors opting to submit an abstract for full paper consideration are required to use the designated abstract template. Notification of abstract acceptance for full paper submission will be sent via e-mail.
🔹 E-Poster Submission
Authors opting to submit an E-Poster are required to use the designated abstract template. Notification of E-Poster abstract acceptance will be sent via e-mail.
🔹 Innovation Competition
Authors opting to participate in the Innovation Competition, either virtually or on-site, are required to submit an abstract using the designated template. Notification of accepted abstracts for participation in the Innovation Competition will be sent via e-mail.

Team Composition
Open to students, professionals and innovators
3-4 members per team
Each participants may join ONE team only
Cross-discipline teams allowed
Intellectual property remains with participants
Event photos/videos may be used for promotion
Plagiarism - immediate disqualification
For virtual participants
Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, virtual participants of the Innovation Competition are required to:
Prepare a 5–10 minute pre-recorded video presentation (the video duration must not exceed 10 minutes).
The video must clearly demonstrate the following components:
Introduction
Problem Statement
Solution / Product / Prototype
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Alignment
Social / Environmental / Educational Impact
Market Potential
Value Proposition & Business Viability
Closing
Uploaded the pre-recorded video presentation to YouTube with Public access.
Ensure that the submission is 100% original work.

For on-site participants
Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, onsite participants of Innovation Competition are required to:
Prepare an A1 poster presentation for booth decoration using the Innovation Poster Template available at: ➤ Click here
Prepare a slide presentation for a 10-minute live presentation to explain the product / prototype to the juries
Participate in a 5-minute Question & Answer (Q&A) session.
Prepare and bring the innovation product / prototype for display during the booth exhibition.
A live demonstration of the innovation product / prototype is strongly encouraged. Participants are advised to prepare backup materials in case of technical issues.
All onsite participants are required to:
a) Display their innovation product, working prototype, or demonstrable model at the assigned booth throughout the exhibition session.
b) Apart from the A1 poster presentation, participants are encouraged to decorate and organise the booth effectively to enhance the clarity, attractiveness, and overall professionalism of their presentation.
c) Ensure that booth setup is fully completed before the official exhibition and judging session begins. Late setup may affect evaluation.
d) Be physically present at the booth during the designated judging and public viewing periods.
Participants are fully responsible for:
Bringing all necessary equipment and materials required for display and demonstration, including but not limited to:
Extension cables
Power adapters
Laptops or tablets
Display stands
Multimedia devices
Presentation materials
Ensuring that the innovation product and booth setup are safe for public display and do not pose any electrical, mechanical, or structural risks.
Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and professional conduct at the booth throughout the exhibition period.
Safeguarding their own materials, equipment, and intellectual property.
All booth decorations and displays must:
Be professional, appropriate, and aligned with academic and conference standards.
Not obstruct neighbouring booths, walkways, emergency exits, or common areas.
Not produce excessive noise, odour, or disruption to other participants.
Not involve hazardous materials, open flames, sharp objects, or unsafe electrical connections.
Comply with all venue safety regulations and instructions issued by the organising committee.
