Competition Theme:
Sustainovate 2026 is a virtual innovation and design challenge held under the 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Education 2026 (ICSE2026), organised by INTI International University and hosted by Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT).
This competition highlights innovative and sustainable ideas that address educational and societal challenges. Participants are encouraged to showcase creative solutions that support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and contribute towards building inclusive and future-ready communities.
Through this platform, ICSE2026 aims to promote global collaboration, innovation, and meaningful impact through sustainable design and transformative practices.
Objectives of SUSTAINOVATE 2026
✶ Provide an international platform for students, academics, researchers, industry professionals, and innovators to showcase innovative and sustainable ideas.
✶ Encourage the development of creative, design-oriented, and interdisciplinary solutions that address contemporary educational and societal challenges.
✶ Promote innovations aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the 3rd International Conference on Sustainable Education 2026 (ICSE2026).
✶ Foster innovation and digital transformation that contribute to sustainable and future-ready communities.
✶ Support the advancement of inclusive, human-centred, and socially impactful practices across diverse disciplines.
✶ Provide opportunities for participants to present original ideas, prototypes, digital solutions, educational innovations, and research-informed concepts to an international audience.
✶ Encourage collaboration and knowledge exchange among participants from academia, industry, and the wider community.
✶ Recognise and celebrate transformative innovations that contribute to resilience, sustainability, and societal well-being.

Registration & Submission
Registration and submission must be completed by submitting video link and the proof of payment in the online form below:
Incomplete registrations or submissions will not be evaluated.
Eligibility Criteria
Participation is open to individual participants, or group participation (maximum 5 members per group)
Team Composition
• The competition is open to individual participants or group participation (maximum of 5 members per group).
For group submissions, all members’ names must be included during registration.
• No changes to team members are allowed after submission unless approved by the organiser.
Submission Requirements & Method
• Due Date: 10 July 2026 (Friday), 11:59 PM
• Late submissions will not be accepted
• Participants must submit a YouTube video link.
• The video must be uploaded as Public (not Private).
• Please ensure that the submitted link is active, functioning properly, and accessible before the jury deliberation process.
Video Submission Guidelines
• The presentation video should be between 3 to 5 minutes only.
• Only ONE presenter is required to appear and present in the video.
• Presenters should explain:
a. Introduction of innovation
b. Problem statement
c. Objectives
d. Innovation features and uniqueness
e. Prototype
f. Return of Investment
g. Conclusion
Presentation Slides (PPT)
• Participants must use PowerPoint slides during the presentation.
• The official Innovation Competition logo must be included in the slides.

Innovation Requirements
• The submitted innovation must be the original work of the participant(s).
• Plagiarism or unauthorised use of others’ work is strictly prohibited.
• Participants are encouraged to explain the novelty and practical application of their innovation
Organiser’s Decision
•The organiser reserves the right to reject incomplete submissions.
• The judges’ decision is final, and no appeals will be entertained.

Language Policy
All innovation video presentations must be delivered in English only.
Judging & Evaluation
All submissions will be evaluated by a panel of judges from academia and industry.
The decision of the judges is FINAL.
No appeals regarding judging decisions will be entertained.

Awarded to the most creative and unique innovation.
4. SDG Champion Award
Awarded to the innovation demonstrating the strongest contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals.
5. Best Community-Centred Innovation
Awarded to the innovation with the greatest potential to improve community well-being and social impact.
6. Best Market Potential Award
Awarded to the innovation with the strongest commercialisation and scalability potential.
7. Startup Potential Award
Awarded to the most outstanding innovation presented demonstrates the strongest potential to evolve into a successful startup, social enterprise, or commercially viable venture through a compelling value proposition, scalability, sustainability, and market readiness.
8. Best Interdisciplinary Innovation
Awarded to the innovation that best integrates knowledge, methods, and perspectives from multiple disciplines.
9. Innovation for Accessibility Award
Awarded to the innovation that best promotes inclusivity, accessibility, and equal opportunities for diverse populations.
10. Best Use of Emerging Technology
Awarded to the innovation demonstrating the most effective application of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Extended Reality (XR), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Robotics, Data Analytics, or related technologies.
