Purpose-Driven Progress: ASEAN Social Business for Inclusive Growth

The conference theme, "Fostering Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development," aligns well with several key Sustainable Development Goals. The UN SDGs cover a wide range of areas, including poverty alleviation, quality education, gender equality, economic growth, industry and infrastructure, environmental protection, and sustainable cities and communities. These goals are interconnected and require a multidisciplinary approach to address the complex challenges facing the ASEAN region.

The ASEAN Social Business Conference 2025 will serve as a catalyst for innovative, collaborative solutions that address the region's most pressing social and economic issues. The objective of this event is to bring together academics, practitioners, policymakers, and social entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, share best practices, and foster partnerships that can drive meaningful, sustainable change across ASEAN.

We invite the following to participate in the conference:

Collaboration for Impact

Message From Chair

Very esteemed guests, distinguished speakers and honoured participants, it is with great pleasure that I welcome you all to the ASEAN Social Business Conference 2025, a remarkable gathering of individuals committed to fostering inclusive growth and sustainable development. As we embark on this momentous occasion, I am reminded of the profound impact that social businesses have had on our region, transcending traditional boundaries and redefining the way we approach economic progress.

The theme of this conference, "Fostering Inclusive Growth and Sustainable Development," speaks to the core values that ASEAN has long championed. Through the collective efforts of our nations, we have witnessed the remarkable strides made towards a borderless economic community, one that prioritizes the well-being of all citizens and the preservation of our shared environment.   As we stand at the threshold of a new decade, we are poised to build upon these foundations, harnessing the power of social entrepreneurship to create a more equitable and resilient future for our region.

Best regards,
