Panelist 1: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wulan Patria Saroinsong
Deputy Director of Global Partnership, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, Indonesia
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wulan Patria Saroinsong is a Psychologist & Educator in Developmental Educational Psychology. She Dedicated lecturer and researcher with expertise in early childhood education, mental health, and inclusive education. Proven track record of publishing impactful research, developing innovative teaching tools, and leading community service projects. With a strong academic background and respectable H-index, she drive practical applications of educational psychology to enhance learning outcomes and promote well-being.
Panelist 2: Dr Chinun Boonroungrut
Vice Dean of Research & Academic Service, Silpakorn University, Thailand
Chinun Boonroungrat is a Thai scholar in education and psychology, holding a Ph.D. in Developmental and Educational Psychology from Central China Normal University. He serves as Deputy Dean for Research and Academic Service at the Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University. In 2023, he received the National Outstanding Researcher Award in Education from the Council of Deans of Education Faculties of Thailand. He has published over 50 research articles, including more than 20 in Scopus Q1 journals, with a focus on developmental psychology, educational innovation, and youth well-being.
Panelist 3: Dr. Papia Sen Gupta
Jawaharlal Nehru University, India
Dr. Papia Sen Gupta teaches as the Centre for Political Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. She was awarded the Distinguished Teacher Award by the former President of India Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in 2009 and the Solidarity Award from International Association for Applied Linguistics Netherlands in 2021 for her work and mentorship. Her research interests include Artificial intelligence and politics, education, language rights, public policy, decolonization, urban resistance, linguistic-cultural diversity, and higher education. Sengupta was awarded the British Academy International fellowship in 2023 at University of Sheffield, and held fellowships at the Institute of Advanced Studies at University of Edinburgh, Watson Institute at Brown University, Freiburg University Switzerland and at Queen's University Canada. Sengupta's monograph Language as Identity in Colonial India: Policies and Politics was published by Palgrave Macmillan in 2018 and her edited volume- Critical Sites of Inclusion in India's

Panelist 1: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wahyudi Agustiono
Associate Professor at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM), Indonesia
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Wahyudi Agustiono, is an Associate Professor at Universitas Trunojoyo Madura (UTM), Indonesia. With more than 20 years of experience as a lecturer and researcher, he has developed expertise in digital transformation, renewable energy, blue economy, smart agriculture, and AI applications for higher education and society. He holds a B.Com. from ITS Surabaya, Indonesia, an M.Sc. from Waseda University, Japan, and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Deakin University, Australia.
He also serves as Head of the Global Partnership Unit at the Faculty of Engineering, where he leads international collaborations with partners such as INTI International University, the University of Newcastle, RMIT University, and Universiti Malaya. His work in this role focuses on cross-national teaching, joint research, and staff and student mobility.
Beyond academia, Dr. Agustiono is an Industrial Research Fellow at PT SEVIMA—a leading Indonesian edtech company known for platforms such as Sevima Platform, MauKuliah, KarirLink, and EdLink—which supports more than 1,200 campuses in digital transformation, accreditation readiness, good university governance, and leveraging AI to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education. Professionally, he also serves as Vice President of the Indonesian Information Systems Association (AISINDO), where he plays a strategic role in advancing the discipline of Information Systems, strengthening academic–industry collaboration, and supporting the development of future-ready curricula across Indonesian universities.
Through his teaching, research, and leadership, Dr. Agustiono remains committed to advancing inclusive digital innovation, sustainability, and the global competitiveness of Indonesian higher education.
Panelist 2: Assoc. Prof. Dr. K. Saravanan
Department of Computer Science & Engineering at College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai-25, Tamilnadu, India
Dr. K. Saravanan, is working as an Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering at College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai-25, Tamilnadu. He is also Deputy Director for Centre for University-Industry Collaboration (CUIC), Anna University, Chennai. He has done M.E Software Engineering and Ph.D in Computer Science engineering. His research interests include Cloud Computing, Software Engineering, Internet of Things, Smart cities. He has published papers in 17 international conferences and 39 international journals. He has also written 29 book chapters and edited 18 books with international publishers. He has done many consultancy works for Municipal Corporation and Smart City schemes with the tune of Rs.1 Crore. He is an active researcher and academician. Also, he is reviewer for many reputed journals in Elsevier, IEEE etc. He is Fellow of IEI and senior member of ACM and ISTE. Also, a member of many associations.
He has also trained and interviewed the engineering college students for placement training & counselling. He has conducted many ISTE workshops in association with IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur. Also, he conducted NPTEL workshops for the faculty and students. He has coordinated many IIRS (Indian Institute of Remote Sensing) eoutreach programmes. He has delivered more than 80 guest lecturers in many seminar/conference in reputed engineering colleges.
Panelist 3: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prodhan Mahbub Ibna Seraj
American International University-Bangladesh, Bangladesh
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prodhan Mahbub Ibna Seraj has been working as an Associate Professor at the Department of English, American International University Bangladesh (AIUB). Currently, he is one of the thesis examiners at the Department of English of Bharatiar University, India, and Bharathidasan University, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) at the Faculty of Education, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and M.A. in Applied Linguistics & ELT from the University of Dhaka. He has achieved the BEST POSTGRADUATE STUDENT AWARD (Ph.D. program) at the 66th UTM Convocation for his outstanding research work. He is particularly interested in how technology could assist English Language Teaching (ELT). He published 61 research works, such as journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters in prestigious national and international peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus and Web of Science indexed, e.g., Heliyon (Elsevier), Journal of Psycholinguistic Research (Springer), Language Testing in Asia (Elsevier), International Journal of Sustainability in Higher Education (Emerald), Sustainability (MDPI), Asian EFL Journal, MEXTESOL Journal (MEXTESOL, Mexico), International Journal of Interactive Mobile Technologies (Kassel University Press GmbH, Germany), etc. He has reviewed 212 manuscripts of 53 different international journals, mostly indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. He is a member of the editorial board of 14 Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals.
