Professor Adriana Grigorescu, Ph.D. is a Full Member of the Academy of Romanian Scientists, where she serves as Vice-President of Section IX – Economic, Legal, and Sociological Sciences. She has a diverse academic background, holding degrees in Chemistry-Physics (Politehnica University of Bucharest), Marketing (Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest), a Master’s in Modern Governance and European Integration (SNSPA), a Ph.D. in Accounting (ASE), and Postdoctoral Studies in Economics (Romanian Academy). Her professional path combines significant business experience (1989–1999) with a longstanding academic career. She began teaching at Dragan European University (1999–2004) and later joined SNSPA, where she became Professor in 2008 and Ph.D. supervisor in Management in 2010. At SNSPA, she teaches courses including Innovation Management, Globalization, Business Opportunities and Sustainable Development, Public Marketing, and Project Management. Dr. Grigorescu is a Senior Researcher at the Romanian Academy’s National Institute of Economic Research ‘Costin C. Kiritescu”, and collaborates with international institutions such as the Intellectual Capital Research Group (Spain) and the Chinese Education & Human Resources Management Network Association (Taiwan). Since 2015, she has led the Global Economy & Governance – Interdisciplinary Research Platform, fostering international partnerships across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. She has served as director or expert in over 50 national and international research projects. She is also the President of EBEN-Romania (2020) and the Holistic Research Academic Association (2016), an evaluator for the Ministry of Education, and the Editor-in-Chief of the HOLISTICA Journal of Business and Public Administration. An accomplished scholar, she has authored over 250 publications, including more than 80 indexed in the Web of Science, as well as books and edited volumes. She is frequently invited as a keynote speaker, guest editor, and program committee member at international conferences.

Dr. Mohamadreza Jafary obtained his PhD in Educational Studies from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and has been actively engaged in English Language Teaching (ELT) and writing studies since 2009. He is currently conducting full-time research in the Language Acquisition Program (LAP) within the Department of Education at McGill University, where he also serves as a  Course Lecturer for both undergraduate and graduate students.

Dr. Jafary is a Cambridge-certified language assessor, teacher trainer and an official IELTS examiner in Canada. His primary research interests include academic writing, AI-integrated writing modules, critical pedagogy, language assessment, international exit exam preparation, applied linguistics, machine learning, quantitative and qualitative analyses, writing assessment, organic literacy, and written feedback in second language acquisition. He has contributed to the McGill LPP Conference as a program-building committee member and editor in 2022 and 2023. Dr. Jafary is also a member of several Journal editorial boards, including the Canadian Center of Science and Education, and serves as a reviewer for IGI Global Scientific Publishing. Most recently, he was invited to serve as a reviewer for Digital Scholarship in the Humanities, published by Oxford University Press.

Dr. Donald Samuel Slamet Santosa studied education at Satya Wacana Christian University, Semarang State University, IKAT Theological School, and the Indonesian Tourism Institute. He also took short courses and earned credits from the University of Michigan, the University of North Texas, and Vanderbilt University. He currently teaches at President University in the elementary school teacher education program. He teaches courses in statistics, educational management, and religious education.

Apart from teaching, he also serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at President University, working to drive President University's success in accreditation and international rankings. He led President University to excellent accreditation (from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia) and a WURI ranking (number 1 in Entrepreneurial Spirit, number 2 in Crisis Management, and number 2 in Infrastructure and Technologies).

His research interests include education, technology, and management. He has experience in winning various research grants from various funding, such as Erasmus+ (European Union), the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, and PT. Astra International. Various research that he has conducted has been written into dozens of articles, and has been published in various journals and proceedings, including Scopus-indexed journals. For several times he won the best paper award and best presenter award in conference. He wrote more than 10 books, and also holds more than 30 intellectual property rights certificates. He is also active as an educational practitioner. He serves on the board of a kindergarten foundation and as an educational consultant for several elementary and secondary schools in Indonesia.
