Idham Hussain

Ms. Idham Hussain is the Advisor and Head of the Research and Training Institute at the Maldives Monetary Authority (MMA). With over two decades of experience in macroeconomic policy and research, she previously served as Assistant Governor and held multiple senior roles within the MMA. She holds a Master’s in Economics from the University of Waikato and a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University. Ms. Hussain has also served on the boards of the Maldives Monetary Authority, Capital Market Development Authority and Dhiraagu Plc.
