Call for Submissions
IDEC2025 is inviting scholars, researchers, scientists, and other academics to submit their abstract for presentation and paper publication. Advance your academic career, maximize the reach of your research, and make a contribution to the field of social science.
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process. The members of the conference's scientific committee will assess submissions based on originality, technical and/or research depth, accuracy, and relevance to the themes and topics of the event.
CONFERENCE THEME, TRACKS, AND DISCIPLINES
CONFERENCE THEME
" Advancing the Future of Digital Education"
We invite abstracts that explore innovative ideas, research, practices, and technologies shaping the digital education landscape. Submissions should reflect forward-thinking approaches that enhance accessibility, inclusivity, and quality in education through digital means.
We are particularly interested in work that demonstrates real-world impact, challenges current norms, or proposes practical strategies for transforming teaching and learning through digital innovation. Whether conceptual or empirical, all submissions should clearly connect to the conference theme
CONFERENCE TRACKS
Explore ideas aligned with the following tracks:
TRACK 1
Explore current innovations, implementation models, and challenges in ODL. Topics may include learner engagement strategies, assessment models for distance learners, quality assurance in ODL, technological infrastructure for effective distance learning, and bridging the digital divide in ODL contexts.
TRACK 2
Examine how AI and ML technologies are reshaping educational delivery, personalization, and assessment. Discussions may focus on adaptive learning systems, automated feedback mechanisms, ethical considerations in using AI for education, and the augmentation of teaching through AI tools.
TRACK 3
Investigate effective pedagogical approaches and instructional design frameworks specifically developed for digital learning environments. Topics include strategies for fostering student engagement, collaborative learning in virtual spaces, creating effective digital learning resources, and models for online course development.
TRACK 4
Address how digital tools and platforms can be leveraged to create more inclusive and accessible learning experiences. Focus areas include universal design for learning in digital contexts, technologies for learners with diverse needs, cultural and linguistic inclusivity in digital education, and reducing barriers to educational access.
TRACK 5
Explore the use of data analytics to monitor, assess, and improve learning outcomes in digital education. Topics may include learning analytics frameworks, ethical considerations in educational data collection, evidence-based decision making in digital education, and measuring the effectiveness of learning interventions.

Abstract Submission
We invite you to submit your abstract for IDEC 2025 by 15 June 2025. All abstracts must be written using the official template to ensure consistency and ease of review.

e-Poster Submission
We invite you to submit your e-poster for IDEC2025 by 1 August 2025. All e-posters must be prepared using the official IDEC2025 template to ensure consistency and clarity for presentation.
Please follow these steps:

Use only high-resolution images and ensure all text is readable. Avoid overcrowding, and use clear, legible fonts.
Use original visuals or royalty-free images only. Avoid copyrighted or watermarked content.
Save your final poster as a PDF file.

IDEC2025
Full Paper Submission
We welcome high-quality full paper submissions from accepted abstract presenters for IDEC2025. The submission deadline is 1 August 2025.
IMPORTANT POINTS
We accept high-quality papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental, or theoretical work relevant to the conference themes and tracks.
Submission of a manuscript implies it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All manuscripts will be subjected to a double-blind peer-review process and must meet the scientific standards of novelty and academic excellence.
The submitting author is responsible for ensuring that:
All co-authors have reviewed and approved the manuscript.
The content is accurate, original, and complies with academic integrity standards.
They serve as the main contact throughout the review process.
Both the publisher or organiser will not be held legally responsible should there be any claims for compensation related to the manuscript.

We are pleased to inform you that all accepted manuscripts are eligible to be published at INTI's peer reviewed journals at no extra charge comprising of the INTI Journal and our newly established and recently launched journals namely:
The details of these journals are available at http://ipublishing.intimal.edu.my/. Authors have a choice of publishing at the INTI Journal or any of the three specialist journals according to the relevant fields of study and specialisation.

Selected high-quality papers will be submitted to Scopus Indexed Journal for publication, subject to compliance with the standard and guidelines of the respective journal.
The author(s) will be charged for the publication fee of the Scopus journal.
